You can access medical advice by calling NHS111, visiting your local pharmacy, visiting one of our Walk-in-Centres at Ashford Health Centre, London Road, Ashford, TW15 3FE or Woking Community Hospital, Heathside Road Woking, GU22 7HS.

 

Parents with young children can also download the HANDi App (from Google Play or Appstore), which was developed to provide advice and support to if their children have symptoms of common childhood illnesses and give parents confidence in dealing with minor conditions themselves at home or the most appropriate place to seek support.

 

 

Register for Online Services

registration4.jpgVision Online will be replaced with Patient Services which is faster, easy to use and works perfectly on smartphones and tablets as well as your computer.

  • Book and cancel your appointments
  • Order your repeat prescriptions
  • View your medication history
  • View your allergies

If you are not already registered to use online services, you will need to register with the practice to access this service.  Once registered you will need to collect a letter from your reception (allow 2 working days) giving information that will enable you to create your username and password.

Note:  When you collect your letter you must bring in one of the following to verify your identity:

  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
