GP Patient Survey 2024

Attached are the results of the 2024 Patient Survey that took place in January 2024.

Since the begining of the year we have worked hard to improve the services offered to our patients. With our new appointment triage service we have reduced the time wasted waiting on the telephone and made the services on our website more accessible.

Although there are always improvements to be made we are proud that the overall experience of the patients surveyed was higher than the national average and we will continue to work on this.
